Candidate information is used to match you with roles and to contact you about them. Employer information is used to respond to your inquiry and to deliver recruiting services. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share a candidate's information with an employer only after the candidate has agreed to be presented for a specific role. We use service providers to run this site and deliver email (web hosting, email delivery, and mailbox providers); they process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Candidate records are kept while you remain in our network. Employer records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as required for business records. Ask and we will delete your information, except where we are required to retain it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing info@resilienttalentco.com. You can also ask us to stop contacting you.

Security

Forms are submitted over an encrypted connection. Resumes and personal details are delivered to our business mailboxes and are not stored on the public website.
